With 19+ years behind the chair (and a front-row seat to every hair trend that’s done a full 360), Chloe brings the kind of experience that only time — and a whole lot of creativity & passion — can deliver.
She’s the heart and soul of The Hair Collective, known for her warm energy, sharp eye for detail, and killer cuts. Chloe’s specialty? Lived-in blondes, balayage, dimensional brunettes, fiery reds and coppers — and if you’re in need of a colour correction, she’s not afraid of a challenge (as long as you bring snacks!). If you ask her what she loves most? Cutting is her jam.

Brea – Graduate Senior Hair Stylist
Brea is our powerhouse all-rounder, that loves a little bit of everything — and our budding grey blending wizard.
Now a senior stylist, Brea has earned her stripes with precision, passion, and a whole lot of heart. She’s a natural leader in the salon, always pushing for perfection and delivering results that speak for themselves. Whether it’s a seamless grey transition, fresh foils, a sharp cut, or an event-worthy style — Brea’s your girl.
With her signature sass and attention to detail, you’ll leave her chair feeling confident, polished, and pampered.

Maddie – 2nd Year Emerging Stylist

Meet Maddie, our second year emerging stylist is one that operates with the finesse of a silent assassin but has the determination of a quiet achiever. While she may sometimes boast loud & proud, her eagerness to conquer & perfect her trade is admirable. She has a keen eye for detail and is currently perfecting her colour techniques, styling (blow dries, curls and straightening) & cutting currently rounds out her portfolio. Maddie will be found in salon: Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday. Maddie can also be found in our Arana Hills Salon fortnightly on a Friday.
Sophie – 2nd Year Emerging Stylist

Our very determined, crazy, larrikin of the salon! . With an eagerness to learn and get the job done, you won’t be disappointed with Soph’s willingness to achieve greatness. Soph is currently perfecting her up styling, and just added foiling to her repertoire. She has a mean head massage, can apply toner, colours & offers Keratin Smoothing & Nanoplasty.
Our littlest love is in Salon of a Thursday night & Friday and in you may see her sneaking around some weekends and school holidays!
Lexi – 1st Year Emerging Stylist

Our quick learning first-year school-based apprentice joined us in Jan 2025. Lexi brings a quieter energy to The Hair Collective. You’ll find her in the salon one day a week, and occasionally popping in for a few cheeky extra visits when she’s feeling inspired & able to between her school commitments! Whether she’s learning the ropes of her new found passion of hair, sharing stories, or watching and learning, Lexi’s cool, calm & collected personality lights up the salon. Keep an eye out for her on our socials—you won’t want to miss the magic she brings!
