Booking & Cancellation Policy

At The Hair Collective, we understand that life can be busy, and we want to ensure your hair appointments fit seamlessly into your schedule. To provide the best possible service for all our guests, we strongly encourage booking in advance, especially if you have a specific date and time in mind.

To protect both our salon and your appointment, we have implemented the following booking fee and cancellation policy:

  • Booking Fees: All appointments require a booking fee, payable within 24 hours of making a booking. If this fee is not received within the required timeframe and your appointment is less than seven days away, your booking may be subject to cancellation. This fee secures your appointment time.
  • Deposit Requirements: All services require a 40% deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to your total service cost at checkout.
  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Provided this notice is given, your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment or provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee, which will not be refunded.
